What is WorkTogetherVIC?
WorkTogetherVIC is a place for you to discuss ideas, opinions and experiences about work and working in Victoria.
How do I participate?
There are regular activities and discussions that you can join on WorkTogetherVIC. Quick polls, surveys and conversations all earn you points and each point gives you an entry into the prize draw. The more you participate in these activities – the more points you earn (you can learn more about points and prizes below).
How are my survey responses handled?
Survey responses are collated and analysed collectively by The Evolved Group and are then presented to key team members in WorkSafe Victoria, who will use this data to make informed decisions on how to support Victorians.

Who manages WorkTogetherVIC?

Will you respond to every post on WorkTogetherVIC?
In short, no. WorkTogetherVIC is a place for you to discuss ideas with other people, and for WorkTogetherVIC to listen to that discussion. The Team at WorkTogetherVIC will read every post, and where we can add value, we will comment.
If an idea of mine is implemented, will I get credit?
If an idea of yours is implemented, we will give you credit on our community, but we won’t be providing compensation to members if we use an idea discussed on WorkTogetherVIC. Please take the time to look through our Terms and Conditions if you would like to know more.
How do I speak directly to someone at WorkSafe Victoria?
If you would like speak directly with WorkSafe Victoria, please get in touch with the WorkSafe Victoria Advisory service, who are on hand to listen and action your queries. Membership
I am new to WorkTogetherVIC. How do I get started?
Please register for WorkTogetherVIC by providing us with your first name, last name and email address, and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Statement.
Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive an email confirming your email address and a link that will direct you to the WorkTogetherVIC site.
From there we’d love you to fill out some profile information so we can get to know you better and can tailor the most relevant content for you.
I’ve been a member of WorkTogetherVIC before, can I join again?
If you have been removed from WorkTogetherVIC, you may not re-join. If you have chosen to leave WorkTogetherVIC of your own accord but have changed your mind, please email hello@worktogethervic.com.au and we can help reinstate your membership.
How do I update my details?
You can update your details at any time via your Profile page.
Prizes and rewards
How do I earn points?
You can earn points on WorkTogetherVIC by being active on the community. Quick polls, surveys and conversations all earn you points. Each point gives you an entry into the monthly prize draw. Click on My Account in the top right hand corner of the page to see how many points you have earned. For more detail, you can also click on My Activity, which you will find on the My Account menu under My Prizes.
Can I lose points on WorkTogetherVIC?
If you post the same comment multiple times on WorkTogetherVIC, the comments will be removed and points earned from these comments deducted from your account. Repeated posting of the same comment may result in the withdrawal of your membership.
Tell me more about the prize draws
WorkTogetherVIC offers entry into a monthly draw with 1 X $100 and 20 X $20 eGift cards to be won each month. Every point you earn completing WorkTogetherVIC activities gives you another entry into the prize draw.
How do I collect my prize?
Prizes can be redeemed via the My Prizes then My Winnings page under My Account.
How will I receive my prize?
Your prize will be emailed to you when you redeem. The email will have a link to the GiftPay website where you select your gift card(s). If you do not receive the email containing the link, please get in touch with support@giftpay.com and they will be able to reissue the link to you.
Where can I use my gift card?
We have eGift cards from a variety of major retailers. Our partners include Target, Coles, iTunes, JB HI-FI, The Australian Cancer Research Foundation and Lifeline to name just a few. A full list of the currently available rewards can be viewed here. Prizes can only be used in Australia.

We encourage all members of WorkTogetherVIC to share their thoughts and experiences openly. Members are expected to be respectful of other members. Content deemed to be offensive, abusive, harassing, untrue or unkind will be removed from WorkTogetherVIC.
Any negative comments or content posted around religion or race can result in immediate withdrawal of your WorkTogetherVIC membership.
Keep your details up to date
Please let us know if there is a change in your contact details or your circumstances. Your details can be updated via the Profile page under My Account.
Be active on the WorkTogetherVIC
The best way to get the most out of WorkTogetherVIC is to be an active contributor. Share thoughts and opinions, be genuine and enjoy being a part of something fun.

The moderators are here to help ensure WorkTogetherVIC is an enjoyable place for members to have their say and share what matters to them. If you are asked to do something by a moderator, please do it. Ignoring moderator instructions may result in you being removed from WorkTogetherVIC.
